RETURN AND EXCHANGE POLICY

Refund Policy

 

We don’t usually keep stock with us and each piece is made to order. So, we don’t offer any refund on orders.

If some alteration is required on our standard sizes or customized sizes, then we will be happy to help you get the right fit. In this case the cost of shipping of the product back & forth will be borne by the customer.

Refunds are only processed based on fulfillment errors, such as incorrectly shipped or missing items, damaged/faulty product, please notify within 3 days of receipt.

The amount will be refunded via the original mode of payment within one week of receiving the product back or you can also opt for a store credit, which will be valid for six months.

Pippal holds the sole discretion to determine whether a refund can be issued.

Please note: The color of a garment may look brighter/duller on screen than in actual. We try our best to display products as close to how they look to our eyes in real. This color variation will not qualify for a damaged/faulty product. Therefore no claims for refund can be made for such variations. Handwoven fabrics sometimes have slubs or such effects ,which is the nature of handwoven fabrics and therefore will not qualify for faulty products. We reserve the right to accept or reject your claim on a damaged /faulty product

Return/Exchange Policy

  • Cost of return/exchange to be borne by the customer

  • Please notify us within 3 days of receipt

  • Post notification to Pippal we accept product within 15 days

  • The product should be unused and tags/labels etc should be intact. Product should not be soiled or damaged

  • As mentioned previously we usually don’t keep stock with us. So, size/style exchange is subject to the availability of stock. Therefore we request you to please order your size carefully. Feel free to contact us for assistance with the sizes

  • In case the size is not available then store credit will be issued which will be eligible for six months

  • Yes, sometimes you may not like the product that you ordered. We understand. If it is our standard size then you can either exchange it or avail our store credit. Exchange is subject to stock availability.

  • Once we receive the product, a quality check will be conducted

  • Post the check, we will process your exchange in 7 business days

  • On customized orders, no exchange, return, or refund is possible

Return/Exchange/Refund for Discounted styles

  • We do not exchange/accept return of sale items unless there is a fulfillment error such as damaged product or wrong size. In this case please notify within one day of receiving the item

  • Refunds of such items are processed only after the sale is over and exchange of such items is subject to availability of sale stock
  • We reserve the right to cancel an order due to non availability of stock
